With extensive experience at Derwent, Ahlia brings strong institutional knowledge of the firm's research processes, systems, and delivery standards. She applies rigorous and innovative research methodologies across market mapping, talent pool identification, and candidate sourcing, with a strong commitment to quality and best practice at every stage of the process. A trusted and collaborative presence, Ahlia works closely with consultants and researchers to ensure seamless delivery across assignments. 

Prior to joining Derwent, Ahlia built strong foundations in recruitment and candidate sourcing across the recruitment industry.

Ahlia holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations, from Curtin University of Technology.
