The Children, Youth and Families division of Uniting is one of the largest not-for-profit providers of services to children, young people and families in NSW and ACT, with revenue of around $110m and 1,500 employees.
We're seeking an outstanding individual to lead a large and broad portfolio of services across highly sensitive and evolving areas including: early learning, family services, homelessness, out of home care, employment services, disability services and counselling.
To succeed in this role, you'll be a senior executive leader with a successful track record in a large, complex human services/healthcare environment. You'll have strong financial acumen, and experience of government funding channels, policy reform and advocacy. Current or recent experience working with vulnerable children, youth and families would also be an advantage.
