Join our team if you're passionate about keeping children and young people safe and nurtured, and helping families and communities to flourish. We're looking for a senior executive leader to join Uniting in NSW and ACT as Director of Children, Youth and Families.

We help to create an inclusive, connected and just world

Uniting is one of the largest and most respected social purpose organisations in NSW and ACT, with revenue of $850m and a workforce of 9,000 people.

We're responsible for the social justice, community services and chaplaincy work of the Uniting Church, providing care and support for people through all ages and stages of life and with a focus on people experiencing disadvantage and vulnerability. Our purpose is to inspire people, enliven communities and confront injustice. We celebrate diversity and welcome everyone exactly as they are.

We're looking for a leader who is passionate about improving the safety and wellbeing of children, young people and their families

The Children, Youth and Families division of Uniting is one of the largest not-for-profit providers of services to children, young people and families in NSW and ACT, with revenue of around $110m and 1,500 employees.

We're seeking an outstanding individual to lead a large and broad portfolio of services across highly sensitive and evolving areas including: early learning, family services, homelessness, out of home care, employment services, disability services and counselling.
