A transformative strategic plan to achieve their impact ambition combined with unprecedented growth has led to the creation of this role reporting to the CEO as an integral member of the Executive Team. As COO you will be responsible for transforming the portfolio of corporate services to support their high growth trajectory with effective operations, commercial input, and funding strategies. The scope includes strategy, finance & investments, governance, risk & assurance, legal, property & procurement, and people.

This role requires a COO who brings a strategic mindset, business insight and sharp financial acumen to support the development of breakthrough strategies in service innovation, developing partnership and coalitions for impact, and creating system change. This includes finance, investment and property strategies, negotiating with government, industry and corporate stakeholders, and advising the board.

Your experience leading corporate services will ideally include nationally dispersed and complex service delivery environments, with strong evidence of transforming performance. Executive experience in the community sector may be an advantage but is not essential.
