As part of this, they are transforming the delivery of their professional services, and establishing a Shared Services function that will deliver a first-class service to their students and staff. Consolidating various operational and student functions into a single unit that supports the whole University Group, Shared Services will drive exceptional customer experience, process improvement, integration and standardisation, leading practice and a continuous improvement mindset across these functions.

The newly established position of Executive Director, Shared Services is crucial to achieving their vision for professional services at the University. You will play a key leadership role in implementing the Shared Services function and delivering against its strategic roadmap. Working closely the Vice-President, People and Services and other members of the University’s senior leadership team, you will bring leadership to inspire, transform and build on a culture of high performance and achievement.

We are seeking an inspirational executive with extensive experience in leading change and multi-functional teams to deliver customer-focused services to internal and external stakeholders in large and complex organisations. It essential you develop exceptional stakeholder relationships and have proven your ability to develop a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, customer service excellence and performance across a diverse portfolio of services.
