Cailin is a Research Consultant in our Industrial Practice and has extensive experience in C-Suite, Senior Executive appointments, and Board consulting assignments across the Industrial sector.
In addition, Cailin has worked within the human resources sector, both in an advisory and in-house capacity and brings expertise in policy development, employment relations, end-to-end recruitment and training and development to the team. She is passionate about people and supporting the delivery of exceptional search mandates to help clients ultimately achieve outcomes and long-term success.
Cailin has a Bachelor of Science with a major in Psychology and a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Curtin University. She is also completing a Master of Human Resources Management, specialising in Managing Organisational Change.
